Go to http://thesims2.ea.com/ and at the top there will be abutton that says exchange. Roll over it and in the sub-menu it willsay Sims. Click on that and it will bring you to another page withpictures of Sims on it. Click on one that you like and right abovethe description box it should say Download This Sim.
