Hi - two of my machines, both DELL Windows 7 (one desktop, one laptop), are alerting Trojan horse Collected_c.BEIS in Dell DataSafe. This product has not been updated for ages.
After brief research it looks like a false alarm to me. Am I right.

The cloudcare community forum doesn't work for me (always says login even when I am) - I think someone said it is only for resellers not customers. I suppose I will have to try the email link.
